The coalition is composed of over 30 leading national organizations working in every state, with expertise in child and family well-being.

Since 1981, the National Coalition for Child and Family Well-Being (formerly the National Child Abuse Coalition) has been the foremost resource for federal policymakers on the prevention and treatment of child abuse and neglect. Our federal policy agenda reflects our longstanding commitment to promoting both child and family well-being and child protection.

The Coalition embodies a commitment to coordinate advocacy efforts by providing a forum for robust policy conversations and consensus building.

The Coalition acts as a central point of contact for policymakers and their staff who wish to work on these issues.
